Muscle pain can be brought forth by a number of varying reasons. However, irrespective of the cause, muscle pain can be a total bummer.

The pain could result from a lack of particular nutrients such as magnesium, potassium or calcium, inadequate blood flow to certain areas, certain medications, tedious workouts, or dehydration.

Beet Juice
